No need to look any further if you're looking for someone to investigate, contain and remove water damaged areas of your home.
Their knowledgeable staff quickly contained the area of my home that were affected by a leaking washer hose and had everything dried out all the way down to the wall studs in a matter of days.
They were able to educate me on the whole process and provide me with peace of mind of what's to come and let me in on what to look out for in the future. Seriously, these folks are the best and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially when considering the situation I was in. Thank you!

I highly recommend UWR Group for mold inspection and removal. Their customer service is fantastic, always responding timely and professionally. They are very reasonably priced and provide High quality work. I will always use this company for future water damage and mold removal needs!
Joel was fantastic. He adjusted his schedule to fit mine and came out the same day. He gave multiple possibilities of what the issue could be and how to address. More importantly, before we proceeded with his services he recommended we reach out to a Leak Detection company to pinpoint where the issue was coming from. That to us was great customer service. I would highly recommend Joel and United Water to anyone.
My experience with United Water Restoration was professional and made my horrific problem easier to deal with. The Technician was great, knew what he was doing and got the job done quickly. This tech was on premise 20 min from when he was call. Came back to assess the job to see if the walls were dry. I’m very empress with good workmanship! I’m an Realtor in Naples and see a lot of different situations. This is a company I will use over and over not to mention Sean Tucker!
We had sudden water intrusion into a retail space of initial unknown cause. United arrived on site within an hour of our call, started removing the water, initiated protocol for drying the space out to avoid any future moisture issues and followed up with ownership and the tenant on several occasions confirm everything was going well and to ensure satisfactory service. They are my #1 go to for that call you hope you never have to make as property management.
My wife and I were experiencing a very unfortunate situation due to water damage in our home. The entire master bedroom and bathroom were destroyed. The restoration team came in and truly went over and above in helping tk resolve the situation. From the removal of damage, working with the Insurance company, working with my wife and I, and just doing what they could to make a bad situation better. The entire team from Chris, to Eric, and all the way up to the top man, Rob, have been a true blessing in our time of need. Thank you for everything!!!

I had a leak in house and united water restoration team came in and stabilized it. They were really professional, the owner herself came in and explained us the process. They did demo only for things which should and they were fairly reasonable. They also worked with insurance company and took care of it. They are honest company who's prime job is customer satisfaction. Joe sabo was the best who took care of it and made sure our house was restored
Chris and Eric got to my house on time and quickly got to work. They were both really nice, professional and super efficient. I expected a bigger mess but they cleaned as they progressed. I want to also note the very clean cuts they made to remove drywall. That may seem like a small thing but it makes a difference in the cost of repairs. It matters and it's appreciated for a job well done and happy customer.

Had an H20 nightmare. From first contact with Cindy and Roy then technicians William and Joel (on multiple occasions), I breathed better. All were helpful professional and pleasant. All received my numerous questions and concerns with great patience and understanding. Thanks one and all.
Unfortunately our second floor laundry room flooded 4 days after we closed on our home. United Water Restoration of Charlotte assisted with getting everything dried out and really gave us peace of mind in a bad situation. Will was assigned to our job and came out to our house everyday exactly when he said he would and was always polite, thorough and professional. He answered all of the questions we had and was never in a rush to get to the next job rather made sure we were taken care of. The demo crew was also thorough, professional and efficient. If I ever decide to flood my house again, I will call United Water Restoration of Charlotte without question.
I had a very tragic event happen at my home, I went out of town and unfortunately a pipe burst in my kitchen causing so much damage to my kitchen and my breakfast nook. After dealing with my insurance company I called United Water Restoration and spoke with Kendra and she was an absolute doll, she put me at ease about my situation and reassured me that with them the job would be done to my satisfaction. I was very happy. They are definitely worth it.
My house flooded as my husband was out of town so I was a neurotic mess to say the least and I didn't know where to start or what to do. My insurance company sent UWRG to me and I am so thankful! I called for an estimate for mitigation services after my toilet had a concealed leak, and Rob Fischmann came out to inspect the damage the next day. Rob and William were very professional and worked quickly to tear out the tile and get the dehumidifiers in. They were very helpful in getting this problem solved quickly for me. Would recommend this company based on my experience and would use them again!

Rob and his team are incredibly thorough and were adamant in determining the ROOT CAUSE of moisture related issue in my house. Every summer my house has very high humidity (which has led to mold growth in bedroom closets) and numerous contractors had been unable to determine why it was occurring. Rob went above and beyond to help figure out the source of the moisture and I finally have an answer after 5 years of dealing with this. FYI the moisture was caused by my HVAC system being too large and short cycling. Rob was the only contractor determined enough to spend the time to figure this out. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
This company is amazing came to see the damage and what work needs to be done then came the next day communication was very effective and on time, one guy his name was Chris got the job done in a timely manner and made sure my personal items was well taken care of...would definitely recommend and Chris is definitely the guy for the job!

Such a polite man to do business with. Very thorough and stayed until every inch of the house had been reviewed so we knew just what needed to be done for closing.
Rob and his team did a stellar job. We had a washing machine get stuck in the ‘fill’ position which flooded our entire living area, kitchen, and laundry room. They were out to the house in no longer than 2 hours, setting up dehumidifiers and fans. They were responsive to our calls and dealt with our insurance company (USAA) without making me a middle man. Very professional, very timely, would definitely recommend to anyone!
Chris and Eric from United Water restoration did a fantastic job at my house. I had a shower leak and the interesting thing is they found the water leak but the plumbing company that came out to my house couldn't find it.
Rob and his team were fantastic. Our leaky tub sent water through the ceiling in the room below. I called UWRG at 6am and talked to the dispatcher. Rob called me back 30 minutes later after having been at another client's house until 3am. Rob personally came out that same morning. Before he left, he had dehumidifiers and air movers going. We were headed out of town the next day, but trusted Rob and his team to come in and finish their work while we were gone. They took great care in their work. We also weren't sure whether we were going to file a homeowners insurance claim, but Rob assured me they don't operate any differently when insurance is involved versus when it is not and gave me everything I needed to file a claim just in case. I highly recommend.
They were very responsive and was able to come out to the house as soon as I called! We had a water leak in our kitchen from the second floor bathroom! The crew did a great job assessing the damage and solving the issue! Kendell connected us to a great plumber and after the leak was fixed, they came back out with a dehumidifier! Our drywall was 99% soaked but after one night, it had decreased to ~13-20% saturation! WE WERE SUPER IMPRESSED! They did a great job for us and know they would do the same for you! Highly recommended!
